(WOLF) \u2014 Motorists traveling through Lackawanna County should expect delays Monday afternoon as a temporary lane closure remains in place on Interstate 81 northbound.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the right lane is closed between the President Biden Expressway interchange (Exit 185) and the Dunmore\/Drinker Street exit (Exit 186) as part of ongoing construction in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The closure began Monday and is expected to remain in effect until approximately 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>PennDOT is advising drivers to consider alternate routes if possible and to use caution while traveling through the work zone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"DUNMORE, LACKAWANNA CO.
