It is at 57 S. Commerce Way in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park IV.<\/p>\n<p>The sales price was $11 million.<\/p>\n<p>The building is 76,000 square feet and sits on about 7 acres of land. Several businesses operate in the building, including a gym, a golf cart manufacturer and an engineering firm.<\/p>\n<p>Also in May, it was announced that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2026\/05\/22\/real-estate-company-sells-11-lehigh-valley-industrial-properties-months-after-buying-them\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">GKI II bought 11 other Denholtz properties<\/a> in Lehigh County near Lehigh Valley International Airport and along Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township for $61.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>Northampton County records show Denholtz still owns the remaining portfolio.
