The Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> have acquired outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips<\/a> in a trade with the Miami Dolphins<\/a>, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.<\/p>\n The Dolphins will receive a 2026 third-round draft pick in the deal, sources told Schefter.<\/p>\n Phillips has 26 career sacks in his five-year career with Miami and should bolster Philadelphia’s struggling pass rush.<\/p>\n A first-round draft selection of the Dolphins in 2021, Phillips is one of multiple Miami pass rushers widely believed to be available via trade ahead of Tuesday’s 4 p.m. ET deadline.<\/p>\n The Dolphins (2-7), who ousted general manager Chris Grier on Friday, also are expected to entertain trade offers for Bradley Chubb<\/a> and Matthew Judon<\/a>.<\/p>\n Copyright \u00a9 2025 ESPN Internet Ventures.
