Construction on Philmont Avenue (Tomlinson to Byberry)<\/p>\n
Since October of 2024, Aqua has been replacing aging steel pipe with new ductile iron water main on Philmont Avenue. Aqua is currently doing a trench base asphalt repair in preparation for the final mill. <\/p>\n
