At least one vehicle caught fire in the southbound lanes near Exit 119, Highridge Park Road, around 8 a.m. Emergency crews are at the scene. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time. According to PennDOT, all lanes of Interstate 81 southbound are closed between Exit 124, St. Clair\/Route 61, and Exit 119, Highridge Park Road.
