We put a lot of effort into this every year through our sponsors and the commissioners, so when you get to that moment, and you see people enjoying things, especially these other things they might not get to see for free, it\u2019s just really kind of warms your heart,\u201d Lackawanna County Director of Arts and Culture Maureen McGuigan said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">If rain does become a factor Friday night, the philharmonic will still perform at the Scranton Cultural Center.
