While the University turns its attention to the upcoming school year, we aren’t too far removed from the end of the past school year.<\/p>\n

One of the highlights late in the spring term included Rabbi Abraham Skorka, Ph.D., a globally recognized scholar, author and longtime collaborator of Pope Francis, who visited Scranton to deliver the Judaic Studies Institute Lecture.<\/p>\n

University to Honor Robert S. ’68 and Marilyn A. Weiss at President’s Medal Gala<\/p>\n

In case you missed it, the University announced this year’s President’s Medal Gala will be held Thursday, Oct. 1, at Pier Sixty in New York City.<\/p>\n
