Officials also announced the following road closures and parking restrictions during the events:<\/p>\n
Road closures<\/p>\n
\u2022 Penn Street between Fifth and Eighth streets<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cherry Street between Sixth and Eighth streets<\/p>\n
\u2022 Sixth Street between Cherry and Court streets<\/p>\n
\u2022 Seventh Street between Cherry and Penn streets<\/p>\n
Parking will not be allowed on Eighth Street between Cherry and Court streets, but traffic will remain open.<\/p>\n
Street closures will begin in phases after 5 a.m. on July 3 and July 18, with full closures in place by 9 a.m. The closures will remain in effect through each event weekend before reopening about 11 p.m. on July 4 and July 19.<\/p>\n
Free public parking will be available at the following locations on July 3 at 8 a.m. through July 4 at 10 p.m., and July 18 at 8 a.m. through July 19 at 10 p.m.:<\/p>\n
