Safe Berks<\/p>\n

Safe Berks has announced that Erica Caceres has accepted the role of permanent director of development at Safe Berks. Since joining Safe Berks, Caceres has embraced the organization\u2019s mission with enthusiasm and compassion, helping to strengthen community connections through fundraising, outreach, marketing, and donor engagement. Her passion for sharing the stories behind the mission has helped raise awareness and inspire support for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault throughout Berks County.<\/p>\n

As director of development, Caceres will continue leading fundraising initiatives, donor relations, strategic marketing, community engagement efforts, and special events that directly support Safe Berks\u2019 lifesaving programs and services.<\/p>\n

IM ABLE Foundation<\/p>\n

The IM ABLE Foundation has announced its Fiscal Year 2027 board of directors, including its executive leadership team and appointed board members. The board brings together professionals from across the business, financial, and nonprofit sectors who will help guide the organization\u2019s continued impact. Working in partnership with the Foundation\u2019s leadership team, the executive board provides governance, strategic oversight, and fiduciary responsibility to support sustainable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and advance IM ABLE\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n

Leading the board of directors as board president is Lori A. Rosenthal, an organizational leadership and people strategy executive with extensive experience helping mission-driven organizations strengthen leadership, culture, and operational effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Rosenthal currently serves on the IM ABLE Foundation board of directors and its HR & Governance Committee, partnering with organizational leadership to build the people, processes, and strategic framework needed to support the Foundation\u2019s continued growth and impact. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership roles including vice president of people & culture at Andium Inc. and founder of Rosenthal & Associates, where she advised growth-stage organizations on leadership development, organizational design, and business performance.<\/p>\n

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Lehigh University, and a Master of Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University.<\/p>\n

Joining Rosenthal on the executive committee is newly appointed Vice President Chris Fiorentino, associate collision manager with Tesla Collision in King of Prussia. Fiorentino brings extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, team leadership, and as a dedicated volunteer and advocate for adaptive sports. He has been actively involved with the IM ABLE Foundation since March 2023, assisting with the IM FIT program, supporting events and programming, and helping maintain the Foundation\u2019s fleet of adaptive cycles and equipment. Corey Robinson, CVA, continues in his role as treasurer.<\/p>\n

The FY27 board of directors includes Michael A. Doutrich of Tompkins Community Bank, Mark O\u2019Donnell Sr., Professional EOS Implementer, and Phillip S. Wholaver of Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC, all continuing their service, along with new board member Kathleen Rohrbaugh of Grimm & Grove Communications.<\/p>\n
