THEY WERE DELAYED ON THEIR DRIVE BACK TO THEIR HOUSE SATURDAY NIGHT BECAUSE OF ROAD CLOSURES FROM THE STORM. AND THEN ONCE THEY DID GET HOME, THEY FOUND THEIR CAR LIKE THIS UNDER A TREE. WE WERE ABLE TO TALK WITH LYNN AND BILL DAWSON ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. THERE WERE NO LIGHTS ON IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND THE TREES DIDN\u2019T NOTICE THAT. WE DIDN\u2019T NOTICE THAT RIGHT AWAY. BUT WE SAW OUR NEIGHBOR\u2019S TREE WAS DOWN ACROSS OUR DRIVEWAY AND ACROSS MY HUSBAND\u2019S CAR IN THE BACK. SO ANYWAY, IT WAS DARK THOUGH, SO IT WAS KIND OF HARD TO ASSESS EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS LIKE, BUT THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS REALLY HIT HARD.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Cooling centerIn Dauphin County, the Citizens Fire Company said the Highspire Borough building will be open as a cooling station on Monday for anyone in need.
