June 30, 2026, was a historic day at the United States Supreme Court. In a unanimous decision, all nine justices affirmed that states may protect women and girls by preserving female-only athletic competition for biological females.<\/p>\n
Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Pennsylvania<\/a> celebrates this victory for truth, fairness, and common sense. We thank every athlete, parent, coach, legislator, and citizen who stood courageously for women and girls\u2014and especially the faithful believers who prayed. God hears the prayers of His people.<\/p>\n But while we celebrate, Pennsylvania girls are still waiting.<\/p>\n The Pennsylvania House has the opportunity to protect female athletes by advancing SB9<\/a>, HB158<\/a>, and HB1849<\/a>. Instead, these bills continue to be shuffled from committee to committee while girls across our Commonwealth remain without the protections they deserve.<\/p>\n It\u2019s time to stop the delays and bring these bills to the House floor for a vote. This isn\u2019t about politics\u2014it\u2019s about protecting fairness, safety, privacy, scholarships, and opportunities for Pennsylvania\u2019s daughters.<\/p>\n Concerned Women for America of Pennsylvania will continue to stand boldly for truth until every girl in our Commonwealth receives the protections affirmed by the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n Please Pray:<\/p>\n For members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, that they would have the courage to protect women and girls and act without further delay.
