She had fallen behind on passing along the state\u2019s 6% sales tax to government coffers, consumed with the daily demands of running the breakfast and lunch spot. <\/p>\n<p>In search of help, she stumbled upon an app that attached to her point-of-sale system and automatically set aside the sales tax portion at the end of each day.
