The Wilkes-Barre\/Scranton Penguins are bringing back forward Rafael Harvey-Pinard. They are also signing forward Hugh McGing and defenseman Ryan Mast, all to AHL contracts for the 2026-27 season. McGing is coming from Springfield, and Mast is coming from Rockford.<\/p>\n

Harvey-Pinard, in 66 games last season with the Penguins, had 39 points on 21 goals and 18 assists. He was a +21 with two power-play goals and three game-winning goals. In ten playoff games, he had two goals and two assists; he was a plus-four. He also appeared in one game for the Pittsburgh Penguins but didn\u2019t record a point and was a plus-one.<\/p>\n

McGing, in 66 games for Springfield, had 31 points on 12 goals and 19 assists. He was a minus-five with two power-play goals, a shorthanded goal, and two game-winning goals. In 11 playoff games, he had two goals and four assists. He was a plus-one with two shorthanded goals. McGing, in three games for the Blues, had a goal and an assist; he was even in plus\/minus.<\/p>\n

Mast, in 46 games for Rockford last season, had 14 assists and he was a plus-two.<\/p>\n

The Cleveland Monsters are extending their forward, Tate Singleton. He signed a one-year AHL contract for the 2026-27 season.
