An officer ordered him to stop and put his hands behind his back, but James refused and hid his hands. He was taken to the ground and arrested.<\/p>\n<p>He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 140 pounds.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"Praxide Almonte-Marte\" width=\"765\" data- src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/REG-L-wanted-01_763c5e.jpg\" data-attachment-id=\"6722417\" \/>Praxide Almonte-Marte<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Praxide Almonte-Marte, 26, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of Moss Street, Reading, is wanted on felony retail theft charges.<\/p>\n<p>Wyomissing police said she took $1,024 worth of merchandise from Boscov\u2019s without paying on May 25.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about these fugitives is urged to contact the warrants division of the sheriff\u2019s department at 610-478-6390.
