promotion for its grand opening later this week.<\/p>\n<p>Rico Pica Pollo, a fast-casual eatery specializing in Dominican-style fried chicken, will hold its grand opening from 4 to 10 p.m. on will be offered from 4 to 6 p.m., according to Jeovanny Sanchez, who\u2019s operating the business with his partner, Julio Francisco.<\/p>\n<p>A limited menu, featuring fried chicken, chicken filets, tostones, French fries, mashed potatoes and chofan (Dominican-style fried rice with ham, vegetables and other ingredients), will be available on Thursday for the grand opening, Sanchez                              Ryan Kneller<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant\u2019s full menu, which also will include empanadas, chicharron and other dishes, will be available beginning on Friday, Sanchez said.<\/p>\n<p>Rico Pica Pollo will primarily cater to customers placing takeout orders, but the restaurant also will feature a small dining area with a few tables.<\/p>\n<p>Regular hours will be 11
