Responding to a noise complaint around 11 p.m., officers smelled marijuana immediately upon opening the door and found alcohol scattered throughout the TV room.<\/p>\n<p>According to the criminal complaint, the partygoers ranged in age from 14 to 18. While several teenagers admitted to smoking marijuana, Evans confronted officers and denied the minors had been drinking, despite the alcohol containers in the room.<\/p>\n<p>Police released between 15 and 20 juveniles to their parents and guardians.<\/p>\n<p>Evans is charged with corrupting minors, endangering the welfare of children, and disorderly conduct.
