An investigation is continuing after strong winds pushed the Victorian Princess into a dock along Erie\u2019s Bayfront Thursday night.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred around 9 p.m. near Dobbins Landing, when emergency crews responded to a distress call from the vessel, which was carrying nearly 100 passengers at the time.<\/p>\n

According to officials, powerful winds forced the Victorian Princess into the dock, causing minor damage to the vessel. Fortunately, no injuries were reported among passengers or crew members.<\/p>\n

There was encouraging news Friday, as the U.S. Coast Guard inspected the vessel and determined it remains structurally sound allowing for the Victorian Princess cruise again.<\/p>\n
