HARRISBURG, Pa., July 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pennsylvania Data Center Partners has named Grant Denham<\/a>\u00a0as\u00a0Chief\u00a0of\u00a0Staff, a newly created role on the leadership team.\u202fReporting to\u00a0CEO Igal Feibush, Denham will help guide acquisition, development and capital\u00a0markets strategy as the company advances responsible hyperscale data center development across the Commonwealth. Based at the company’s headquarters in Central Pennsylvania, Denham will manage projects throughout Pennsylvania and support other developments across the U.S. <\/p>\n

With more than 20 years of experience across a multitude of asset classes, Grant has executed over\u00a0$1 billion\u00a0in acquisitions and dispositions, structured sophisticated\u00a0debt\u00a0and equity capital stacks, and advised on high-profile development and repositioning initiatives.\u00a0Most recently, he\u00a0headed\u00a0Palm Pacific Partners,\u00a0a\u00a0real estate investment and development firm he founded. His\u00a0expertise\u00a0covers large commercial investments, institutional capital partnerships, multifamily\u00a0housing and value-added\u00a0development. <\/p>\n
