READING, Pa. – A Reading man has been identified as the victim of shooting that happened early Friday on Lancaster Avenue in Reading.<\/p>\n
The Berks County Coroner says 45-year-old Alex B. Rosado-Laboy was pronounced dead on the scene at\u00a04:17 a.m.<\/p>\n
The shooting in the 500 Block of Lancaster Avenue was first reported at 2:07 a.m. as a shooting inside a residence. The victim, who was also a resident of the apartment, was found deceased inside.<\/p>\n
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday, July 13, 2026, at Reading Hospital. The cause and manner of death are pending until the completion of the autopsy and the ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n
