After months of anticipation, Ironworks Square has announced the restaurant that will serve as a centerpiece of the redeveloped West 12th Street complex.<\/p>\n
The Foundry Pub and Restaurant will open inside the former Erie Malleable Iron facility, becoming the signature dining destination within the growing mixed-use development.<\/p>\n
Owners John Melody and Russ Stachewicz say the restaurant will pay tribute to the site’s industrial roots while creating a welcoming space for residents and visitors alike.<\/p>\n
The Foundry Pub will incorporate elements of the building’s historic character, reflecting the legacy of iron manufacturing that once defined the property. At the same time, the owners hope the new establishment will serve as a community gathering place, bringing people together for food, drinks, and social events.<\/p>\n
The restaurant will also feature an outdoor patio, adding another attraction to the transforming Ironworks Square development.<\/p>\n
