Faundez, 36, of Exeter, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Scranton City police charged Faundez with driving a stolen vehicle and initiating a pursuit that ended in a crash in the Green Ridge Section on May 26, according to a news release from Scranton police.<\/p>\n<p>After a preliminary hearing, District Judge Kipp E.
