PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) \u2014 Baseball\u2019s best, including six Phillies, will be in the spotlight in South Philadelphia Tuesday night for the MLB All-Star Game, the first time the city is hosting the game in 30 years, and the first game in the history of Citizens Bank Park.<\/p>\n
Who\u2019s playing?<\/p>\n
Representing the National League are Phillies Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber<\/a>, Brandon Marsh, Cristopher S\u00e1nchez<\/a>, Jhoan Duran and Jes\u00fas Luzardo.<\/p>\n S\u00e1nchez will be the starting pitcher, while Marsh makes his first All-Star appearance in the outfield.<\/p>\n Before and during the game, Philly will have even more hometown representation with some Grammy winners. Singer-songwriter Patti LaBelle will sing the national anthem. R&B group Boyz II Men will perform after the fifth inning for MLB\u2019s Stand Up to Cancer tribute. And, while she\u2019s not from Philly, singer and actress Jennifer Hudson has been given the honor of singing \u201cAmerica the Beautiful\u201d before the game.<\/p>\n There will also be a flyover before the game by the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard. <\/p>\n MORE: Ashburn Field reopens ahead of MLB All-Star Game<\/a><\/p>\n Free SEPTA rides<\/p>\n Gates open at Citizens Bank Park at 5 p.m. The game starts at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n While fans must pay to take SEPTA\u2019s Broad Street Line to NRG Station, rides home after the game will be free. The free rides will begin after the sixth inning and will end at midnight.<\/p>\n SEPTA is also adding six Sports Express trains to NRG Station.<\/p>\n Tuesday is also the last day that fans can visit the All-Star Village<\/a> at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.<\/p>\n
