The address on the record is the same as GSP Management Co., based in Morgantown, Berks County.<\/p>\n<p>The seller was ARX Communities, which purchased the 36-acre, 203-lot park located at 1190 Grange Road in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2024\/02\/21\/two-lehigh-valley-mobile-home-parks-are-sold-find-out-where\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">February 2024 for $10.4 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 1960, Red Maple Acres was owned for many years by Mayo Homes.<\/p>\n<p>Lower Macungie is currently reviewing a proposed expansion of Red Maple. ARX submitted plans to expand the site by 6.5 acres on the property\u2019s eastern edge, adding 36 new mobile home units.
