Pennsylvania will receive $1 million as part of a $29.6 million settlement with prescription drug manufacturer Glenmark, following allegations of price inflation and anti-competitive practices.  48 states, including Pennsylvania, joined the lawsuit, which claimed Glenmark engaged in practices to inflate prescription prices.  &#8220;The conspiracy involved efforts to artificially inflate and manipulate prices, reduce competition and unreasonably restrain trade within the generics industry,&#8221; Sunday said.  From the settlement, Pennsylvania is expected to receive about $1 million.
