An alleged drug dealer jumped from a second-floor window in Kingsessing last week when authorities arrived to arrest him following a $6 million cocaine and fentanyl bust, prosecutors said Monday.<\/p>\n

Officers ultimately apprehended 46-year-old Raabitah Reynolds, capping an eight-month investigation that involved intercepting shipments from California and shutting down a Brooklyn pill mill, according to the District Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/a><\/p>\n

The probe began in December 2025, when Reynolds was stopped by Delaware River Port Authority police while driving back to Philadelphia<\/a> from New York.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement seized the car, finding a handgun and materials associated with manufacturing and selling drugs, Assistant District Attorney Stephen Girman told reporters Monday morning. Reynolds is barred from owning firearms due to prior criminal convictions, court records show.<\/p>\n

Authorities then searched a stash house tied to Reynolds on the 2000 block of Pemberton Street in Graduate Hospital, and they confiscated three guns, two kilograms of fentanyl and a gallon jug of PCP, Girman said.<\/p>\n

Detectives determined that he had been supplying Khalil Dandy, 36, who oversaw drug sales in the area of Kensington Avenue and E Street, prosecutors said. Dandy bagged narcotics inside his Center City<\/a> condominium before transporting them to Kensington, Girman alleged.<\/p>\n

Investigators made multiple undercover buys before searching the condo and a Kensington stash house in March 2026. Girman said they found bulk fentanyl and crack cocaine. Court records show Dandy was charged that month with possession with intent to deliver narcotics and conspiracy. The case is pending.<\/p>\n

Girman said authorities referred information about Reynolds to federal agents in New York that led to the seizure of more than 20 kilograms of fentanyl inside a Brooklyn apartment and two guns hidden inside a speaker. Individuals at the location had been pressing the fentanyl into phony oxycodone pills, law enforcement said.<\/p>\n

Reynolds, prosecutors allege, was bringing large amounts of cocaine into Philadelphia through a supplier in California.<\/p>\n

Last week, authorities, with the help of a police dog, identified and intercepted two separate shipping containers. In all, the shipments included 58 kilograms of cocaine, valued on the street at $5.8 million, according to Girman.<\/p>\n

Ephraim Ramsey, 51, also known as Bryan Brown, showed up to claim the boxes and was arrested Thursday, investigators said. Prosecutors indicated that he is being charged with possession with intent to distribute, criminal conspiracy and related offenses.<\/p>\n

Reynolds attempted to evade police but was captured, and detectives found two more handguns in his car, the DA\u2019s Office said. Law enforcement then combed through his house, off City Avenue, and recovered more than 2,000 counterfeit oxycodone and adderall pills, officials added.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors believed a home in Olney was being prepared to serve as a stash house for the incoming cocaine. Agents searched it and recovered an AR-15 rifle that lacked a serial number, according to authorities.<\/p>\n

Reynolds was charged Friday with two counts of possession with intent to distribute, two counts of criminal conspiracy, illegal possession of a firearm and other crimes. He is being held on $1 million bail, of which he must post 10% to be released.<\/p>\n

The public defender\u2019s association, which is listed as representing Reynolds, did not respond to a request for comment.<\/p>\n
