{"id":244964,"date":"2026-07-16T16:12:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-16T16:12:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/244964\/"},"modified":"2026-07-16T16:12:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-16T16:12:08","slug":"pittsburgh-police-looking-for-parents-of-young-child-found-wandering-streets-wpxi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/244964\/","title":{"rendered":"Pittsburgh police looking for parents of young child found wandering streets \u2013 WPXI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">PITTSBURGH \u2014 Pittsburgh Police are looking for the parents of a young child found wandering in the Hill District.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Police said early Thursday morning, a girl believed to be 4-years-old was found in the 500 block of Crawford Street. <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">A resident in the area called 911 after seeing the girl approach their home on doorbell<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Officers then attempted to find her home and\/or her parent\/guardian, but were unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">The girl was taken to Children\u2019s Hospital for evaluation.
