Unveiling its largest footprint yet, one of Pittsburgh\u2019s premier foodie events spans two of the city\u2019s Sister Bridges (Clemente and Warhol), the newly opened Arts Landing, Fort Duquesne Boulevard (westbound), PPG Plaza, Sixth Street, Market Square, Allegheny Landing, and Allegheny Riverfront Park. Artist Sharmistha Ray was commissioned to create \u201cGeometry of Play,\u201d a first-of-its-kind painted playing surface featuring patterns of circles, triangles and grids referencing kaleidoscopic mandalas and architectural ornamentation. For her final play as the company\u2019s artistic director, Quantum founder Karla Boos has chosen Shakespeare\u2019s own farewell to the stage \u2014 and is doing so at a storied local landmark. After 36 incredibly fruitful and influential years at the helm as the troupe\u2019s artistic director, Boos directs her \u201cswan song\u201d via one of the last plays penned by Shakespeare.
