State Police officials said that the vehicle involved in this incident fled the scene of the crash. But, police did not provide further information on any suspect or vehicle sought in this incident. <\/p>\n<p>At about 6:30 a.m., the lane restriction was removed and traffic was moving once again through the area. <\/p>\n<p>An investigation into the incident is ongoing. <\/p>\n<p>NBC10 is working to learn more.<\/p>\n<p>The Pennsylvania State Police is seeking the public\u2019s assistance in identifying the victim and the striking vehicle.
