{"id":247971,"date":"2026-07-20T21:25:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T21:25:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/247971\/"},"modified":"2026-07-20T21:25:07","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T21:25:07","slug":"bango-opens-first-pennsylvania-restaurant-in-lehigh-valley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/247971\/","title":{"rendered":"Bango opens first Pennsylvania restaurant in Lehigh Valley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A restaurant chain for <a href=\"https:\/\/bangobowls.com\/menu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wraps, bowls and smoothies<\/a> will soon celebrate the grand opening of its first Pennsylvania location in the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n<p>Bango will hold the grand opening at 11 a.m. Thursday at 1042 Mill Creek Road in Lower Macungie Township, spokesperson Juliet Ciani said in a written statement.<\/p>\n<p>It will be the first location outside of New York, she added.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcall.com\/2026\/01\/27\/bango-bowl-lehigh-valley\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Craig Schwartz<\/a>, the head coach for men\u2019s tennis at Lehigh University, previously said he would be the franchisee for the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>All of the chain\u2019s other locations are in New York, according to its website.<\/p>\n<p>Bango, originally known as Bango Bowls, opened its first location in 2017 in Massapequa Park on Long Island.
