ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A Chester County man who once lived in Allentown and in the Poconos is now facing charges including possession of child pornography, sexual assault, and child rape.<\/p>\n
Police say they found videos and photos of sexual abuse on David Vincent Rosa’s cell phone.<\/p>\n
They believe Rosa may have met victims when he was working as a handyman.<\/p>\n
