(WOLF) \u2014 Motorists traveling through Scranton on Interstate 81 should expect delays Wednesday as PennDOT crews conduct bridge inspections.<\/p>\n<p>Lane restrictions will be in place on Interstate 81 northbound between Exit 184 (River Street) and Exit 186 (Drinker Street) from 9 a.m. to noon.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Exit 185 ramp to the President Biden Expressway will be restricted from noon to 3 p.m. while inspectors examine the bridge.<\/p>\n<p>PennDOT said the restrictions are necessary to safely complete the inspections.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"DUNMORE, LACKAWANNA CO.
