Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced that its U.S. wholesale brokerage, binding authority and programs division, Risk Placement Services, Inc. (RPS), has acquired Greensburg, Pennsylvania-based W.N. Tuscano Agency, Inc.<\/p>\n
Tuscano is a managing general agency (MGA) and wholesale insurance broker for independent agents in western Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n
The Tuscano team, led by Robin Tuscano, will remain in the firm\u2019s current location under the direction of Steve Levin, Northeast Region leader for RPS.<\/p>\n
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
\u201cTuscano is a highly regarded agency that complements our market expertise and further expands our wholesale capabilities in Pennsylvania,\u201d said J. Patrick Gallagher, Jr., chairman and CEO.<\/p>\n
In May, RPS reported it had acquired McKee Risk<\/a> Management, Inc., a King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based program administrator.<\/p>\n Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
