Pennsylvania American Water announced Wednesday the boil water advisory for customers in part of Scranton has been lifted.<\/p>\n
Customers were notified on Sunday of the loss of water pressure due to a water main break, resulting in the issuance of the boil water advisory. That issue has been resolved, the company said in a release.<\/p>\n
The announcement applies to the following Scranton areas:<\/p>\n
