PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) \u2014 Following The Great American State Fair, one representative wants to bring attention to who is getting stuff done.<\/p>\n
A memo<\/a> circulated by Rep. Josh Bashline (R-Armstrong\/Clarion) praised the bipartisan leadership of Senators Dave McCormick (R) and John Fetterman (D), and criticized the leadership of Gov. Josh Shapiro.<\/p>\n “This resolution recognizes those individuals and organizations who refuse to let politics get in the way of promoting Pennsylvania’s farmers, manufacturers, workers, entrepreneurs, and communities, ” said Bashline.<\/p>\n Pennsylvania initially announced it was skipping the fair due to it’s high impact on taxpayers.<\/p>\n \u00a0Pennsylvania skipping Trump state fair celebration, joining 7 other states\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n “Sometimes the best way to represent Pennsylvania isn’t with a press conference or with a TikTok video,” added Bashline, “it’s about showing up and one-upping our neighbors from other states.
