LeBron James has picked the team he will reportedly spend the next two years with. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"1\">The four-time MVP of the NBA Championships is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wjcl.com\/article\/lebron-james-philadelphia-76ers\/73257399\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">heading to Philadelphia to play with the 76ers. <\/a><\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">Following the announcement, Pennsylvania&#8217;s Governor Josh Shapiro and self-proclaimed &#8220;die-hard Sixers fan&#8221; declared July 24, 2026 to be LeBron James Day.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"3\">Gov. Shapiro posted the proclamation on his social media pages. <\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"4\">The post reads, in part: &#8220;LEBRON IS COMING TO PHILLY.
