{"id":251249,"date":"2026-07-24T16:53:35","date_gmt":"2026-07-24T16:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/251249\/"},"modified":"2026-07-24T16:53:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T16:53:35","slug":"berks-man-dies-after-mower-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/251249\/","title":{"rendered":"Berks man dies after mower accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Berks County man was fatally injured Wednesday when riding a lawn mower that went over a retaining wall on a property in Maidencreek Township.<\/p>\n<p>Jeffrey Brobst, 69, of Albany Township was mowing in the 100 block of Hecktown Road in Maidencreek at 10:30 a.m. when the mower went over the wall, Berks County Coroner Matthew J. Stitzel said Friday.
