(Jay Biggerstaff\/Imagn Images)<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Carter is now under contract with Philadelphia through 2031.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">The No. 9 overall pick of the 2023 draft, Carter finished second in the Defensive Rookie of the Year voting behind Will Anderson Jr.<\/p>\n<p data-layout-index=\"5\">Carter was instrumental in helping the <a data-omtr-intcmp=\"fnc_sports_article_main-content_article-body_6_1514609\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/sports\/nfl\/philadelphia-eagles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Eagles<\/a> win Super Bowl LIX to cap the 2024 season.
