35 in Rockland TWP.<\/p>\n
80 in Ruscombmanor TWP.<\/p>\n
25 in Windsor TWP.<\/p>\n
Multiple rounds of heavy rain and thunderstorms were seen throughout Pennsylvania over the course of the day, with the National Weather Service issuing a Flash Flood Warning for numerous areas around Berks County.<\/p>\n
