York County officials issued a probation warrant on June 22, and on July 26 Reading police filed charges of failure to comply with registration\u00a0 requirements.<\/p>\n<p>She is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 125 pounds.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"Andre Obryant\" width=\"300\" data- src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/REG-L-wanted-01_4e946b.jpg\" data-attachment-id=\"7079578\" \/>Andre Obryant<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Andre Obryant, 38, whose last known address was in the 800 block of North 11th Street, Reading, is wanted on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.<\/p>\n<p>Reading police said Obryant, a sex offender covered by Megan\u2019s Law for life, has not complied with the statute\u2019s registration requirement. He is required to verify his registration every three months.<\/p>\n<p>He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 180 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about these fugitives is urged to contact the warrants division of the sheriff\u2019s department at 610-478-6390.
