PrimoHoagies opened July 1<\/a> at 1463 W. Broad St. in Quakertown.<\/p>\n

Kushy Boutique reopened July 1<\/a> after a vehicle hit its part of the building at 4622 Lehigh Drive in Lehigh Township.<\/p>\n

Tortuga Club announced its opening for July 1<\/a> at the Easton Public Market in Easton. Its menu includes tacos, quesadillas, tortas, fries, chips and ceviche, corn ribs and nachos.<\/p>\n

Whitehall Deli & Grocery announced a grand opening for July 1<\/a> at 3001 S. Second St. in Whitehall Township.<\/p>\n

Uno Taqueria held a grand opening July 7<\/a> at 15 E. Fourth St. in Bethlehem following a soft opening phase.<\/p>\n

Sophistiqu\u00e9 \u2013 French Bakery opened July 8<\/a> at its new location at 960 Hamilton St. in Allentown.<\/p>\n

The fried chicken restaurant Rico Pica Pollo held a grand opening July 9<\/a> at 117 Pine St. in Catasauqua.<\/p>\n

The LovelyyFaces salon held a grand opening July 9<\/a> for its new location at 800 Main St., Suite 104, in Hellertown.<\/p>\n

Burlington held a grand opening for its new store on July 10<\/a> at 654 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township, Bucks County.<\/p>\n

Sheetz opened July 16<\/a> at 1740 Main St. in Hellertown.<\/p>\n

Sip + Dip held a grand opening July 18<\/a> at Whitehall Plaza at 2407 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township. It offers acai bowls, ice cream, coffee, waffles, crepes, pancakes on a stick with toppings like Nutella, handcrafted drinks such as refreshers, Dubai chocolate cups and three chocolate fountains.<\/p>\n

Bango held a grand opening July 23<\/a> at 1042 Mill Creek Road in Lower Macungie Township, the first location in Pennsylvania. It serves wraps, bowls and smoothies.<\/p>\n

The Indian street food restaurant The Gully Kitchen announced its grand opening for July 25<\/a> at 203 E. Third St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

The retail overstock store Mr. Bins announced its opening for July 26<\/a>\u00a0at 104 E. Third St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

The New Santiago\u2019s Restaurant announced it would reopen July 27<\/a> at 125 S. Third St (Route 309) in Coopersburg after wind damage forced it to close.<\/p>\n

Former owner Alyssa Mengel said AEC Market would close<\/a> at 2374 Seiptstown Road in Weisenberg Township as part of a change in ownership.<\/p>\n

A new Wawa opened June 4<\/a> at 10 Stonegate Drive in Allen Township.<\/p>\n

The Wonder multi-brand restaurant held a grand opening and ribbon cutting June 11<\/a> at Promenade Saucon Valley in Upper Saucon Township.<\/p>\n

U-MAC Tavern held a soft opening June 15<\/a> at 6751 Ruppsville Road in Upper Macungie Township, replacing the former Sunset Grille and serving lobster rolls, wrapped halloumi, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, steak and lamb chops.<\/p>\n

The new Puerto Rican-inspired Ay Bendito Caf\u00e9 held a grand opening June 15<\/a> at 310 E. Goepp St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

First Watch opened at the former Ruby Tuesday<\/a> at 2102 Emrick Blvd. in Bethlehem Township. The menu<\/a>\u00a0offers eggs, bacon, waffles, breakfast tacos, wraps, bowls, frittatas, burgers, sandwiches and salads.<\/p>\n

Spring Valley Tavern opened June 24<\/a> under new ownership after it closed last year as the Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern<\/a> at 1355 Station Ave. in Upper Saucon Township.<\/p>\n

The book shop Jojo\u2019s Book Nook held a grand opening on June 26<\/a> within Plants + Coffee at 1458 Northampton St. in Easton.<\/p>\n

The permanent jewelry store Mod Metal Works held a grand opening June 27<\/a> at Main Street Commons at 559 Main St. in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n

Get Joy Ice Cream & Coffee held a soft opening June 30<\/a> at 3592 Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township ahead of its July 14 ribbon cutting, serving ice cream, coffee and refreshers.<\/p>\n

The ramen restaurant Mr. Lee\u2019s Noodles reopened at the Five10 Flats building at 512 E. Third St. in Bethlehem after a fire forced it to close last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n
