Bridgeport Viaduct rehabilitation project<\/a> in March 2026. The project includes improvements to the\u00a0115-year-old,\u00a03,525-foot-long-bridge that carries the M Norristown Speed Line over the Schuylkill\u00a0River.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\nBeginning Aug. 1, and through Dec. 19, SEPTA will run shuttle buses on the\u00a0M between\u00a0Norristown Transit Center and Bridgeport Station.\u00a0<\/p>\n
From Aug. 22 to 30, shuttle bus service will be extended to Gulph Mills Station before returning to Bridgeport Station for the remainder of the project.<\/p>\n
Construction will also briefly\u00a0impact\u00a0the Manayunk\/Norristown Regional Rail Line.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
From Aug. 15 to 23, shuttle buses will run between\u00a0Norristown-Elm Street and Norristown Transit Center.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Wilmington\/Newark Line\u00a0<\/p>\n
From Aug. 8 to 9, SEPTA will run shuttle buses along the Wilmington\/Newark Line\u00a0due to Amtrak work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
In partnership with\u00a0DelDOT, bus connections will be offered between Claymont Transit Center and Wilmington Station.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Shuttle buses will depart Wilmington Station 17 minutes earlier than regularly scheduled train times.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Trains will\u00a0depart\u00a05 minutes after shuttles arrive at Claymont Transit Center. The\u00a0DelDOT\u00a0buses will leave 5 minutes after trains arrive at Claymont Transit Center.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
SEPTA advises riders to allow approximately 20 extra minutes for trips inbound to Center City and 20 to 25 extra minutes for trips outbound to Wilmington.<\/p>\n
West Trenton Line\u00a0<\/p>\n
Construction on West Trenton Bridge will cause\u00a0interruptions\u00a0in travel on the West Trenton Line.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
From Aug. 1 to 14, shuttle buses will run between West\u00a0Trenton\u00a0and Yardley stations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
