VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) \u2014In recent reports and court records, three unrelated incidents were detailed including a suspected DUI, an alleged assault, and a trespassing charge filed in Venango County.<\/p>\n
West Hickory Man Suspected of DUI<\/p>\n
A Forest County man is under investigation for allegedly driving under the influence after troopers initiated a traffic stop at approximately 6:27 p.m. on July 25 along Route 62 in Hickory Township, Forest County.<\/p>\n
Police said the operator, a 62-year-old West Hickory man, was determined to be driving under the influence of alcohol. The investigation remains ongoing in this case, according to troopers.<\/p>\n
Assault Reported at Abraxas<\/p>\n
Pennsylvania State Police are also investigating an incident at the Abraxas treatment facility in Forest County.<\/p>\n
According to PSP Marienville, troopers responded to Abraxas Road in Howe Township at approximately 11:28 p.m. on July 15.<\/p>\n
Police said two cases workers were assaulted by a client. According to the report, one case worker was struck in the face with a closed fist multiple times, while the other was trampled. The first victim was treated at Clarion Hospital for a suspected concussion. The other victim refused treatment.<\/p>\n
Charges are pending.<\/p>\n
Trespassing Charges Filed in Cherrytree Township<\/p>\n
A Titusville man is facing a trespassing charge following an investigation by Pennsylvania State Police in Franklin.<\/p>\n
According to court records, 26-year-old Zachery Steven Daly, of Titusville, has been charged with defiant trespass following an alleged incident reported July 22 in Cherrytree Township, Venango County.<\/p>\n
