\n The Pittsburgh Steelers have announced their 2026 Hall of Honor class.\n<\/p>\n
Defensive Back J.T. Thomas
Offensive lineman and broadcaster Craig Wolfley
General Manager Kevin Colbert.<\/p>\n
An unsung hero of the Super Steelers of the 1970s, Thomas played in Super Bowls and 13 playoff games during his eight-year career in Pittsburgh. <\/p>\n
Thomas had 19 interceptions and two fumble recoveries for a touchdown while in Pittsburgh.<\/p>\n
Before he became a beloved broadcaster with the Steelers, Craig Wofley played in 129 games, starting 102 of them over his 10-year career with the Steelers from 1980-89.<\/p>\n
His career with the Steelers off the field lasted even longer, spending 23 years as a broadcaster, first as a sideline reporter and then provided color beginning in 2021 after the passing of his good friend Tunch Ilkin.<\/p>\n
Wolfley died on March 10, 2025 of cancer.<\/p>\n
Kevin Colbert was the architect behind the Steelers last two Super Bowl Championships, spending 23 years in the Steelers front office, including 12 years as the team\u2019s General Manager.<\/p>\n
The Steelers went 226-143-3 during his tenure. <\/p>\n
An induction ceremony will be held at Acrisure Stadium on Friday, September 25, with each inductee receiving a solid steel football, which is a replica of the original that U.S. Steel and the Steelworkers gave founder Art Rooney S. in 1982 to celebrate the team\u2019s 50th anniversary.<\/p>\n
