Traditionally, it featured barley, locally sourced molasses, a light addition of American hops, and star anise, creating a pale, highly drinkable ale with subtle spice and refreshing character. Brewed with Pennsylvania-grown malt from Deer Creek Malthouse, American hops, and yeast, A Night at the Rosk-bury comes in at 4% ABV and 14 IBUs.
