{"id":257828,"date":"2026-08-02T18:20:08","date_gmt":"2026-08-02T18:20:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/257828\/"},"modified":"2026-08-02T18:20:08","modified_gmt":"2026-08-02T18:20:08","slug":"police-search-for-gunman-who-shot-employee-at-delaware-county-pennsylvania-walmart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/257828\/","title":{"rendered":"Police search for gunman who shot employee at Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Walmart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Police in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, are searching for a man in connection with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/philadelphia\/news\/walmart-darby-township-shooting\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">shooting at a Walmart store<\/a> that left one person wounded Friday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Darby Township Police are looking for Armani Tyrell Waite, who is wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault and other charges, according to a post by the department on Facebook.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Police have obtained a warrant for Waite in connection with a shooting on Friday at the Walmart on North MacDade Boulevard in Glenolden, the post says.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to police, the shooting happened after an argument between two customers inside the store.
