{"id":257865,"date":"2026-08-02T20:07:07","date_gmt":"2026-08-02T20:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/257865\/"},"modified":"2026-08-02T20:07:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-02T20:07:07","slug":"eight-displaced-following-apartment-fire-in-midvalley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/257865\/","title":{"rendered":"Eight displaced following apartment fire in Midvalley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>THROOP \u2014\u00a0Eight people were displaced after a fire heavily damaged the second floor of an apartment building in the borough early Sunday morning, Throop Fire Chief Alec Shattin said.<\/p>\n<p>Crews were dispatched to 119 Boulevard Ave. around 2:40 a.m. for the report of a dryer fire, which was quickly upgraded to a working fire, Shattin said.
