Its first acquisition outside Pennsylvania will build NexTier\u2019s presence in the Columbus metro where it\u2019s been lending for more than a decade. Terms were not disclosed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">What\u2019s keeping Pittsburgh banks on the sidelines? It\u2019s simple.
