The stage and the Chalk Walk have been flipped. The shopping district has a new concept to it. But we also have three really great headliners,&#8221; Hunter Lytle, the Executive Director of CAFE said.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026 festival will feature performances by Arrested Development, Plain White T&#8217;s, and Al Jardine and The Pet Sounds Band, giving attendees a mix of hip-hop, pop-rock and classic surf rock throughout the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the national acts, festivalgoers can enjoy local vendors, artists, food, family-friendly activities and entertainment that showcase the best of Erie.
