\nWestern Monmouth, and southeast Pennsylvania, including the
\nfollowing areas, Delaware, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks and
\nPhiladelphia.<\/p>\n
* WHEN…Until 11 PM EDT this evening.<\/p>\n
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
\ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
\nCreeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
\nin poor drainage and urban areas.<\/p>\n

\n– Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will continue to
\nimpact the area through this evening with rainfall rates as
\nhigh as 1 to 3 inches per hour possible. Additional rainfall
\namounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible, bringing localized
\namounts to 3 to 5 inches. This will continue to result in
\nflash flooding.
