If Philadelphia wants Mize, it has to make a big enough offer to pry him from Detroit. The Tigers want to compete after trading Skubal, so they don\u2019t feel inclined to move Mize. Therefore, the Phillies must meet Detroit\u2019s demands, even if it goes a little higher than expected.<\/p>\n
